By using Zokwe Interviews you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our privacy notice.
The service
- Zokwe is a practice and coaching tool. The AI panel, scores and feedback are there to help you prepare. They are not a prediction or guarantee of any real interview outcome, and they are not careers, legal or clinical advice.
Your account
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please don't share your account or use the service to upload unlawful, abusive or other people's confidential information, including patient information.
Credits and payments
- Mock interviews use credits. Your first interview is free. Prices are shown before you pay and payments are taken securely by Stripe. Unused credits don't expire while your account is open. If something goes wrong with an interview, contact us and we'll put it right.
Fair use
- Please don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
- We may update the service and these terms. If we make important changes, we'll tell you by email or on the site.
