About us
Interview practice that feels like a friendly rehearsal
Zokwe Interviews is a UK careers and education service. A three-person AI panel, matched to the job you want, asks you real questions out loud and gives you kind, honest feedback. It's built for anyone with an interview coming up, with special care for NHS staff going for Agenda for Change bands 2 to 9.
Made for NHS interviews
NHS panels with a Clinical Lead, HR & Workforce and a Patient Representative ask values-based and band-specific questions, just like a real trust interview.
For every other job too
Care, retail, schools, police, reception, hospitality and tech each get a panel that would really interview you.
No patient data, ever
You only talk about your own experience. Nothing to install, it runs securely over HTTPS, and your first interview is free.
Blocked on a work or NHS laptop?
Some organisations, including many NHS trusts, block new websites until their IT team has reviewed them. If you see “This content is blocked by your organisation”, nothing is wrong with Zokwe. Your organisation's web filter just hasn't approved it yet.
1. Use your own phone or home computer
Zokwe works on any phone, tablet or home laptop, with no app to install. Many people practise in a quiet room at home with headphones.
2. Ask your IT service desk to allow it
Copy the ready-made email below and send it to your IT service desk. It explains what Zokwe is and which web address to allow.
3. IT teams: tell us
If you're from an NHS trust or IT team, see our information sheet for NHS trusts (one-page PDF), or use the contact form below (choose “NHS / IT access”).
